At Lee-on-the-Solent Infant and Nursery School we use the Arbor Parent Portal app. The app enables parent/carers to access attendance data and letters. It also allows parent/carers to update personal information for their child and book Parent Teacher meetings. 

The Parent Portal app is availble from the Play Store and Apple Store. 

New families will receive an Arbor Welcome email with log in details. For further information on how to set up the app, please see the notes below.

GETTING STARTED WITH THE PARENT PORTAL 

1. Download the Arbor Parent Portal app – the app is free and can be downloaded from the Play Store or App Store
2. Enable Push Notifications in the Arbor Parent Portal App settings
3. Follow the link in the Arbor Welcome email we will send you on Friday. The email will have your login details. The link will take you to the browser version of the Parent Portal where you need to set up a password*
4. Click to accept User Terms and Conditions
5. Verify your child’s date of birth
6. Once your password is set up, you can log into the Arbor Parent Portal app

*You won't be able to do this through the app, as the links in the reset password emails only work with a browser. You can reset your password using a computer, or using a mobile browser on your phone or tablet
